Chris and Carol Green Release 2nd Audio Songbook: Well Done (A Legacy Anthology)

Well Done - A Legacy Anthology (Click HERE)

Pennsylvania, USA - More than 20 years after stepping away from writing/ recording songs in order to focus on their domestic missionary work and book writing, Chris and Carol Green have resurfaced as songwriters with a mega 22-track anthology that honors the lives of those who paid the price and paved the way for future generations to follow.

Chris and Carol summarize this 'Family Legacy Anthology' with this passage of Bible scripture:

For our momentary, light distress [this passing trouble] is producing for us an eternal weight of glory [a fullness] beyond all measure [surpassing all comparisons, a transcendent splendor and an endless blessedness]. - 2 Corinthians 4:17 (Amplified Bible)

"We wrote most of these songs 25-30 years ago," shares Carol, "We have lived the fiery trials that are embedded in these lyrics."

Chris and Carol's songs will also enhance their efforts, strategies and people connections as mental health coaches, marriage coaches/ mentors, and biblical lay-counselors; and elevated their soul care and spiritual wellness mission.

With the discovery that they could upload their original song recordings from over two decades ago, onto an A.I. (artificial intelligence) music platform and meticulously recreate them with powerful music and vocals, a whole new world was opened to them. Chris worked with this collaborative tool, providing detailed instructions and creative prompts, and it resulted in these amazing productions.

"We had buried the songs in the past and moved on," explained Chris, "This new technology gave us the opportunity to finally reproduce the songs the way we originally heard them, but with a much more professional sound."

However, most importantly, Chris and Carol see this as a Family Legacy Project, and as a way to pass their family's calling, purpose, mission and legacy baton on to their children and grandchildren. Their goal is to leave a legacy for their family and generations to come in the same way that King David left a blueprint and songs for the next generation that would later build the temple.
"My mom passed away in September of 2024," Chris reveals, "Working on these old familiar songs helped me to process my grief. I cried and worshiped a lot because she left us a legacy to simply love God and be faithful to Him. Carol and I found a way to embrace and carry forth her legacy and our family's mandate to future generations."

The Greens readily admit that their songs are "old school" and somewhat out dated, but the beauty of music is that, like fashions and fads, the old styles eventually come back around. This couple sees this as an opportunity to use their songs in a very strategic way.

"We didn't reengage these songs because of some misguided fantasy to have a music career," the Greens assert, "We're not trying to revive the old days because we can't let go of the past. Music, as a career, has never been a desire for us. We are simply parents and poets who've been blessed to set our poetry to music. Through this 'new wine skin' God is fulfilling our desire to pass it on to the next generation. They may not listen to it right now, but when the time comes, it will be here for them."

So please, enjoy this 'old school' music from an old school couple because their old school wisdom and insight could save a soul and a life.

STEP Forward Life Institute Marks 4-Year Milestone

Pennsylvania, USA --- Today, on the 4th anniversary of the launch of the STEP Forward Life Institute, Chris and Carol Green announced a new emphasis and focus for their online LIFE-education platform.

"We wanted to do a better job of communicating the true purpose for this online teaching ministry," explains Chris and Carol Green. "So we have shifted from merely talking about WHAT we can offer, to pushing forth WHY and HOW a student will benefit from enrolling in a STEP Forward course."

The STEP Forward Life Institute introduced a new slogan and caption:

Equipping Believers for Kingdom Servantship*

"We came to realize that our students simply desired to minister to their families, strengthen their faith, or serve in their communities," the Greens revealed. "It's not a popular message, but it is an absolute reality that everyone isn't assigned to corporate, organizational, institutional or ministry leadership roles; However everyone is called to servantship. So we're going to be a lot more intentional about promoting our mission to equip and prepare them be Kingdom-minded Servants."

Servantship signifies the condition or state of being a servant, essentially meaning the act of serving others. It can also be used to refer to servanthood. In a leadership context, servantship emphasizes prioritizing the needs and well-being of others, often with humility and a focus on service over personal gain.

*Kingdom servantship, in a Christian context, refers to the concept of embracing a life of service and humility within the Kingdom of God, mirroring the example of Jesus Christ. It's about prioritizing the needs of others, demonstrating humility, and allowing love to guide actions, reflecting the heart of Jesus. This principle emphasizes that true greatness in the Kingdom is found through serving others, not seeking to be served.

"Our students don't merely watch video lectures, memorize information, and pass quizzes and examinations," the Greens added, "Now we are boldly encouraging them to embody the Greatest Commandment and we're equipping them to fulfill the Great Commission. They will be able to minister with confidence knowing God is their source, that experience is their study, that faith is their evidence, and Service is their credential."

The STEP Forward Life Institute had already been in the works for 16 years before the Greens officially launched it in April of 2021. They had amassed over 1500 video recordings, established a sizeable video archive/ library, built a YouTube channel, created over 20 Vimeo channels, and written several books. This couple has been in the trenches, teaching and preparing Believers for ministry service, for over 20 years in south central Pennsylvania, across the United States, and around the world.

"We believe we were being prepared all along to provide this tangible and digital way to strengthen, equip and empower God's people to do effective works of service in their families and communities," Chris and Carol Green concluded, "We believe this is our true role and calling."

Editor's Notes about the STEP Forward Life Institute:

CARE-Ready Coaches Certified in USA Communities Across 12 States

Upon the completion of the Online CARE-Ready Life Coach Certification program, Ohio resident Dovonna Smith, became the 113th recipient of a life coach certification from the STEP Forward Life Institute.

“We now have people in 12 states who have been trained in our CARE-Ready model of coaching,” commented the program's creators and facilitators, Chris and Carol Green.

As the newest CARE-Ready coach, Dovonna worked through several personal challenges and obstacles to complete the course. At the beginning of her year-long journey she said, “I wanted to become a life coach as a way to be able to support others that have experienced life and felt sometimes as if there was no hope, and that all the things that they went through did not serve a purpose.”

She is the Green’s first online graduate since transitioning their program to its current format that offers students the opportunity to receive 1:1 personal coaching, tutoring and mentoring from the Greens as they are working through the courses.

Upon graduating Dovonna said, “I really honestly think that through the program I was able to discover the reason I was led to do so. At first  I was not clear on the specific area in which I would be a coach. Now through this training and prayer, I have discovered the reason why.”

CARE-Ready Life Coaches and CARE-Ready Responders are now disbursed and embedded in 40+ organizations, businesses, agencies or ministries across 12 states including: Alabama, California, Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Tennessee.

Chris and Carol Green Share Secrets to Successful Marriage of 44 Years

Today, Chris and Carol Green celebrate their 44th Wedding Anniversary.

"Forty-four years ago, we got our license and were married by a judge on December 29, 1980 in Tulsa, OK. (That was Part 1). Five days later we were married in a church, standing before family and friends in St. Louis, MO. on January 3, 1981 (That was Part 2)." the couple shares.
"Nine months before we got married, we were almost killed in a car accident. A drunk driver ran a red light, hit us, and flipped our car. So when we got married, we had a different appreciation for life and one another. Even though we had arguments, conflict, confusion, craziness and discontentment like any other couple; For us, divorce was never an option."

The Greens share their incredible story and their three secrets in a book they published on Amazon Books in July of 2011 titled We Made a PACT.

Now it is a 5-star rated publication with amazing reviews:

I started reading the book and I couldn't put it down. Normally when I read a book, I'm a picker. I pick the chapters that I want to read, but I never read the whole book. Once I started it (We Made a PACT), I read the whole book and I sat there and said, "O' God, absolutely, completely, YES!" ---Raleigh, Harrisburg, PA
*****

I highly recommend that everyone, including every married couple get this book. Every married couple needs a checkup now and then. Get this for your check up. Everyone who does premarital counseling should get this book. Anyone who is thinking about getting married should get this book. Teenagers should get this book.
It's a raw, transparent look at the beginnings of a couple's courtship and marriage, the difficulties encountered, and how through principles of wisdom codified in a PACT, caused them to finally lay a good foundation for marriage. It's not a normal topical book on marriage. It's a peak, as a fly on the wall, into someone else's process that will impact you in the end. ---Ancil, Trinidad

I read "We Made a PACT" and started crying on page 16. Thank you, Chris & Carol for writing. Precious and impactful. ---L.F., New York

At times I will start a book and read only a few chapters. I just want to let you know, I stopped for coffee and I had your book (We Made a PACT). I started reading it. I finished half of the book at the coffee shop. I just finished the rest. Your book is the first book I've finished, ever. It was awesome. It will change my life. I cried reading the first few chapters and the last few. I can go on and on. I have told people about the book before I finished it. Again, it is an awesome book. Maybe I can read it again with my husband. If not, I know this book was for me. God continue to bless you, keep you and guide you. ---Charlene, St. Louis, MO
*****

"Your book, We Made a PACT, was/is one of the most insightful materials about marriage I've ever laid my hands on." ----Aloise, Ft. Smith, Arkansas
*****

To those who love to read about relationships, this book will be a page turner. However, for those who like to apply what they read, the highlighter and notepad will be required. Chris and Carol Green have written a jewel, with remarkable transparency, to those who desire to establish great, Godly relationships with the depth and complexity needed to last forever. ---Chrys Yvette, Los Angeles, CA
*****

Thought provoking! Enlightening! Tasteful transparency! If there is only one thing you can do to invest in the health and future of your marriage this year, let it be the purchase of this book! It's a must read for the married and all who desire to be! Awesome! 100% real!!! ---Mike and Mary, St. Louis, MO
*****

It was so powerful that I could not put it down until I was done. And I promise to share my learning to others and take the accountability that others will know God's will. Thank you Chris and Carol. ---Wanida, Las Vegas, Nevada

The nonprofit, Thrive Housing Services, works with individuals and families as they transition out of homelessness and into permanent housing.

HARRISBURG, Pa. — It’s Homeless and Hunger Awareness Week and one local nonprofit is bringing attention to a new opportunity for young adults who need assistance with permanent housing.

Thrive Housing Services opened an affordable apartment building in Harrisburg on Monday for young adults aged 18-24 who are homeless or who are at risk of being homeless.

The organization provides housing and programs that “promote long-term success” while offering an environment where individuals and families can address issues that may have contributed to their homelessness and learn new skills necessary to support themselves.

“We have life-skill classes, we have cooking classes, we have financial literacy which is extremely important to the stability of housing. We also provide opportunities for work-play balance,” said Executive Director Dee Allen.

It's a 16-unit building that will provide housing for individuals as well as those who have children.

"We can't prevent homelessness altogether, but we can at least provide a safe and affordable exit from homelessness. The opportunity for them to gain some skills, learn what they need to do and definitely support their housing stability,” Allen said.

Some people are already moving into the new units but there are still some available.

If you are a young adult who is in need of housing, you are encouraged to apply on Thrive Housing Services' website. A secretary will then follow up to schedule an interview with you.

The organization is always looking for donations from the community, volunteers, as well as movers.

Mental Health Advocates and CARE-Readiness Coaches Promote God's Process of Success

"We were leading while bleeding and hardly anyone knew," write the mental health advocates and CARE-Readiness coaches. "Eventually, we were forced to stop, rest, retreat and reset because success is not only about what you will accomplish. Ultimately it’s about who you will become."

In their life-impacting (Amazon 5-star rated) book, Rest, Retreats, Revival and Other Comedies, subtitled You are Success in Process, Chris and Carol Green talk about the consequences for anyone who chases dreams without discernment, plans a future without God's wisdom, or neglects the stewardship of physical, mental and emotional wellness; especially during and after life-altering critical incidents. They share how God's process eventually led them out of those traps and into healing and wholeness. Their true identity and purpose was rediscovered when they learned how to:

Rest in God and get out of the world's grind mindset;
Retreat after devastating setbacks and disappointments;
Revive and reset to come back out fighting again; and to be open, honest and humbled by the
Comedy of Errors; the mistakes and bad decisions, upon which God extended mercy and grace.

"This book isn't for everyone," the Greens affirm, "It's for that person who is sick and tired of projecting a fake image of confidence and bravery, while masking their deep disappointment behind superficial spirituality.  It's for the person who is no longer looking for a typical self-help manual, filled with inspirational stories and motivational meditations. THIS is the book for that soul who is ready to challenge their core beliefs about why their life keeps going off the rails, to stop blaming 'the devil' for everything that goes wrong, and truly desires to finally break FREE from the unending cycles of dead-ends, defeat and discouragement.

We put ourselves out there, made ourselves vulnerable and accessible, and exposed our true authentic hearts; and when people took advantage of our kindness and compassion, or questioned our competency, motivations, loyalty and integrity, yes, we were taken aback, hurt, and offended (which we hate to admit), and it triggered our introvert instincts to just go home and close the door.

We reached our breaking points when the pressures and challenges began to affect our marriage; when they began to affect our physical and mental health; when insinuations and accusations from outside forces and entities, advanced far beyond mere words spoken against us, to actual intentional actions taken against us that had real life-impacting consequences.

So, we would retreat. And it would be complete pullback moments, cutting off almost everything and everyone (the guilty, the innocent, the perpetrators, and the by-standers). We were in survival mode, burnout and compassion fatigue. But even those triggered-withdrawal responses were part of our process.

We learned that you can't ignore the painful affects of crisis, fatigue or trauma by trying to press forward anyway, or by trying to be who and what others may want you to be for them. We had to rediscover who God actually always intended for us to be for Him."

From the Book's Foreword:

This book is a revelation on how to understand change. It lays out the truth about "process", as productive lives are always on a journey of constant growth and change. To stop growing and changing is to die.

The Greens are top Searcherdemcians who are not afraid to take new paths to help lift and better humanity. They are not scared to be Searchers of a new way of doing things and because of this, they are fruitful.

They have gone through growth, death, and rebirth, while leading in a new philosophy of education for which the world is crying out.

I've had the privilege of knowing and working with the Greens for nearly a decade.  I have observed their approach and can vouch for their genuineness and productivity. They have diligently worked, scraped, and sacrificed their way to top stages of influence.

I say, "When all else fails, follow the fruit." Chris and Carol Green are good fruit and have produced tangible evidence and results of their life skills theory, "You are Success in Process."

In this book, you are sure to find where you are "in your process."  You are sure to find your next step.  You will be encouraged and reassured that you are not alone in your journey.  You will find that you are "God's Success in Process."

How refreshing is that?!

This is a riveting book that has inspired and impacted my life.

You will already be succeeding by picking it up.
