Pennsylvania, USA--- Tonight, Community Life Coaches, Chris and Carol Green certified and commissioned four more new CARE-Ready Providers and Life Coaches into their respective communities.

"This was a very positive and energetic class," said Chris Green. "Every week, it was a great pleasure to lead them because they brought so much energy that they encouraged us in our personal and professional challenges."

"I learned what it really means to be a life coach,"said April Downing in her course-ending presentation. "I've been in human service for 20 years and people have always told me that I should be a life coach. This class taught me I had already been moving in the principles of life coaching."

Dolores Heyward-Ramsey shared, "I just want to thank you, Chris and Carol, for being supportive, compassionate, and for being good trainers."

"I'm excited to be able to say that today I'm a certified life coach," Tim Downing expressed. "I thank Chris and Carol for all their support through this course, and for making this course relate-able to my life and profession. When I came to this class, I didn't know what to expect or what CARE-Readiness was, but as we started to cover the material, I then realized that this was something I could appreciate; a personal perspective, as well as a professional tool. I now know what life coaching is all about."

Tanisha Bailey expressed: I really enjoyed Chris and Carol's training. It was very informative and beneficial within my present life and career goals.

The Green's CARE-Readiness Class involves 10 hours of training that walks prospective coaches through self awareness tools and the need for Intellectual Humility and Emotional Intelligence, while causing the participants to take personal inventory of one's own Wellness and Resiliency; which the Greens say, "...is absolutely necessary in order to make an impactful connection, build trust and partner with one's clients."

As affiliate members and International Statesmen with iChange Nations™, Chris and Carol Green have partnered with United Graduate College and Seminary International to offer an accelerated, ministry-accredited life coaching certification program. Their collaborative purpose and mission has been, to offer leaders, working in under-served communities, high-quality tools that empower and equip them to be more effective in their humanitarian efforts.

Since starting their Life Coach certification program in 2018, the Greens have now certified and launched 63 life coaches.

As the world's leading producers of CARE-Ready Life Coaches™, Chris and Carol Green teach and train community, government and education leaders, human service organizers, business visionaries, and neighborhood dreamers how to be much more effective by embracing the principles of CARE (Compassionate Accountability with Respect and Empathy) in their professional and personal lives. They LISTEN to people, LIFT people and LAUNCH people. Then they equip and empower them to do the same for others.

Many coaching, mentoring and community outreach programs employ what is known as a "deficit model" of working with people. That's where you focus on the problems (deficits) of a person, and then apply a set of pre-determined, cookie cutter steps and treatments to address their issues. The deficit-based model is what many well-meaning Helpers use, but it rarely works long-term, leaving Helpers wondering why their clients fail to break the cycles of addiction and recidivism.

However, CARE-Ready Life Coaching™ mirrors the principles found in the proven, Best Practice strategies of Strength-based, Solution-focused models. CARE-Ready life coaches are trained to connect with people in order to build a relationship/ partnership that empowers the client; thus allowing the client to discover the solutions that will work best for them.

Also, while many coaching programs focus on how to target potential high-paying affluent clients, and high-paying speaking opportunities, the Greens train, equip and empower Care-Ready Providers and Coaches™, who are willing to take on the most often overlooked people of society; those who live in under-served communities, who can least afford, but benefit the most from professional guidance.

Pennsylvania, USA--- Tonight, Community Life Coaches, Chris and Carol Green certified and commissioned four more new CARE-Ready Providers and Life Coaches into their respective communities.

This was a very special class," said Carol Green. "They each brought very unique perspectives and experiences to our discussions. The vast wealth of knowledge, from many years in human service and education, was very evident in every session."

"This was some good stuff," said James Fountain in his course-ending presentation. In openly admitting that his wife had 'dragged' him to the class, he added, "This works. This stuff works. I thank the Greens for bringing a positive message."

La-Verna (James' wife) shared, "I wanted to purposefully put myself in the role as student to continue to learn and do it together with my husband, and experience it together with people who we trusted. I had heard from people who I respect greatly, that they enjoyed this course so much that I knew it was our time to come. When I listened to the people who I respected their opinion and they told me how much it impacted their lives, I said okay. I want to acknowledge that and I thank you for that."

Sue Wooley expressed: Thank you again for a most enjoyable and growth-enhancing learning experience!

Sonia Perez said, "While I was in the class I began to see and understand why it (helping people) was such a burden on me to carry it all. And it's not for us to carry. We guide them for them to find out their own life plan. We walk with them and we lead them, but we don't solve it for them. I was a miss-solve-it all. And that's something I had to break."

The Green's CARE-Readiness Class involves 10 hours of training that walks prospective coaches through self awareness tools and the need for Intellectual Humility and Emotional Intelligence, while causing the participants to take personal inventory of one's own Wellness and Resiliency; which the Greens say, "...is absolutely necessary in order to make an impactful connection, build trust and partner with one's clients." CARE-Readiness training includes homework, group discussions, a final project, and an online examination to obtain one's CARE-Ready Life Coach Certification.

Since starting their Life Coach certification program in 2018, the Greens have now certified and launched 59 life coaches.
