Chris and Carol Green Release 7th Family Legacy Album, "Never Could Have Known"

Never Could Have Know - Click HERE

Pennsylvania, USA - This is the Green's 7th of seven Family Legacy Albums.

"In this Family Legacy Album of reflection, we look back at the incredible wisdom of God as He guided us through the labyrinths and mazes of life.

Nearly 45 years ago, we set out to build a life in pursuit of the American dream, but after several years of futility and frustration, we surrendered our lives and our marriage to the will and plan of God.

While many people of faith are waiting for a display of God’s power (omnipotence) to grant them a miraculous breakthrough in answering their prayers, we discovered that the ultimate level of faith trusts the omnipresence and the omniscience of God.

Simply put, to truly trust what God knows when we don’t see a great display of power.

Now we can look back over our marriage and ministry and declare:

The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is His faithfulness."

"It's About Legacy"

More than 20 years after stepping away from writing/ recording songs in order to focus on their ministry/ community work and book writing, Chris and Carol Green have resurfaced as songwriters/ producers with seven Family Legacy Song Releases based upon their life in marriage, ministry, mentoring, and moving (by God's grace) through the messy parts of life.

With the discovery that they could upload their original song recordings from over two decades ago, onto an A.I. (artificial intelligence) music platform and meticulously recreate them with powerful music and vocals, a whole new world was opened to them. Chris worked with this collaborative tool, providing detailed instructions and creative prompts, and it resulted in these amazing productions.

"We had buried the songs in the past and moved on," explained Chris, "This new technology gave us the opportunity to finally reproduce the songs the way we originally heard them, but with a much more professional quality of sound."

However, and most importantly, Chris and Carol see this Legacy Song series as one way to pass their family's calling, purpose and mission on to their children and grandchildren. Their goal is to leave a legacy for their family and generations to come in the same way that King David left a blueprint and songs for the next generation that would later build the temple.

"My mom passed away in September of 2024," Chris reveals, "Working on these old familiar songs helped me to process my grief. I cried and worshiped a lot throughout the project because it reminded me that she left us a legacy to simply love God and be faithful to Him. Carol and I found a way to embrace and carry forth that legacy and our family's mandate to future generations."

The Greens readily admit that their songs are "old school", but the beauty of music is that, like fashions and fads, the old styles eventually come back around. This couple sees this as an opportunity to use their songs in a very strategic way.

"We didn't reengage these songs because of some misguided fantasy to have a music career," the Greens assert, "We're not trying to revive the old days because we can't let go of the past. Music artists, as a career, has never been a desire for us. We are simply parents and poets who've been blessed to set our poetry to music. Through this 'new wine skin' God is fulfilling our desire to pass it on to the next generation. They may not understand all of it right now, but when the time comes, it will be here for them."

This entire 7-album (112-tracks) project came forth just in time because families are struggling and recovering from a disaster-filled year, and this is a wonderful source for inspiring worship, reflection and healing with Biblically-based words of hope, encouragement, comfort and wisdom wrapped in songs.

"The first song on the very first album is titled 'Spend My Life With You' and the final song on the seventh album is 'It's Been Worth It.' " The Greens conclude. "In between those two love songs is a journey that gives glory and honor to the almighty God and His son, and our King and savior Yeshua (aka Jesus) the Christ (messiah)."
