Pennsylvania, USA -----Larita S. Rice-Barnes completed C and C Connection's Online Certification Program to become its third distance-learning student to be certified as a CARE-Ready Leadership Life Coach™. Chris and Carol Green have now trained and certified more than 50 coaches overall (48 in classes and 3 online); with several more online students currently enrolled and nearing completion of their courses.
Larita is an author, entrepreneur, life coach, pastor, change agent, mentor, wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
She is an Amazon author of the book Trapped in the System. She travels about, helping others discover their identities, compelling them to maximize their potential, and equipping them to use their God-given talents. As a victor over rape and molestation, gang affiliation and alcohol abuse, she understands what it means to need a way of escape from difficult situations.
"I enjoy seeing people live their best life possible," Barnes reveals. "My assignment in the world is to crack open alabaster boxes that allow individual's gifts, skills, talents and abilities to come forth. I help individuals to look deep inside to find, acknowledge and heal any places that can be interfering with them being the absolute greatest version of themselves."
She possesses a natural ability to connect with people regardless of race, religion, creed, or socioeconomic status and her passion is to see families and communities restored, having been awakened from the brokenness and abuse endured in her own life. She preaches a message of Empowerment and Relationship Restoration that is life altering as it propels others into their destiny.
In 2007, she founded Women of Excellence Midwest, an organization established as a safe haven for battered, abused and rejected women, to heal and embolden them to move forward.
Three years later, she established the non-profit organization Living Life to the Fullest CDC, which provides workshops, seminars and advocacy classes on self-empowerment.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice & Security Management from Saint Louis University, an Associate’s degree in Education, an Honorary Doctorate from Global International Alliance in partnership with Stanford University, as well as several other licenses and certifications.
She is a franchise owner of one of the nation’s largest commercial cleaning companies. She has produced several online videos, audio podcasts, created several social media brands, built several business and organization websites, and served as chief editor and publisher of other author's books and publications.
Larita has solidified herself as a valued and incomparable member of, not only her local community, but also the global community. She has been featured on the Word Network, as well as several other radio and television shows. She serves as executive producer of “Power Moments to Live” a TV and radio talk show aired on local radio and cable stations. She has also appeared in HERS Magazine.
She is a global leader and adviser for members of Parliament in several countries, and has founded the Global Impact Leadership Alliance (GILA), an organization built on the commitment of meeting the needs of developing nations and providing a platform for cultural and economic exchange.
She is the lead organizer of the annual RESET America RESET Africa, a conference that brings together heads of state and key policy makers from across the globe and fosters creative dialogue for cooperation, while also participating in local government and receiving recognition for her work.
She has been honored by Lisa Nicole Cloud for being a mastermind presenter at the 2017 WEN Conference, and is a recipient of the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for Volunteer Services.
